Veteran TV actress Tarla Joshi is no more

Veteran actress Tarla Joshi, who played many pivotal roles in television serials, passed away on June 6 due to heart attack. She was popular for playing Badi beeji in Nia Sharma and Krystle Dsouza-starrer Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai.

Anju Mahendroo was the first one to share the sad news. She posted a picture on Instagram in which the team of EHMMBH is seen with the late actress. Anju captioned the picture as, “Will miss you Tarlaji… Always looked up to you as a mother ! Rest in eternal peace.”

Nia Sharma also took to her Instagram Story and wrote, “RIP badi beeji. You will be missed.” According to reports, Tarla Joshi was in touch with Bandini co-stars Aaziya Kazi and Mrunal Jain during the lockdown.

Tarla had also played prominent roles in Sarabhai VS Sarabhai and Bandini.
