Ludhiana, October 16

Ahead of the festival season to check adulteration in food items, a team including Dr Rajesh Garg, Rashu Mahajan and Dr Tarun Bansal, seized 1,150 litre of allegedly duplicate desi ghee manufactured by a firm in Hisar (Haryana).

The ghee was being sold at Rs 270 to Rs 280 per kg. Besides, the team also collected 14 samples of milk and its products.
