926 patients examined in dental fortnight

Ludhiana: On the concluding day of the 30th dental fortnight, 20 dentures were distributed free of cost to the poor patients at the Civil Hospital, Khanna. Dr Rajinder Gulati, Senior Medical Officer, said 926 patients were examined by dentists Dr Rajneet Bains and Dr Ramandeep Kaur, and dental hygienist Parveen Bala. Dr Bains said 199 extractions of badly eroded tooth, 95 restorations, 15 RCTs, 19 scaling and 181 dental X-rays were done free of cost. — TNS
