The University Counselling and Placement Guidance Cell at PAU held a session on “Career Counselling and Resume Building” for undergraduate students from the College of Horticulture. Dr Khushdeep Dharni, Associate Director of the Cell, led the session, which was attended by over 50 BSc (Horticulture) students. Dr Dharni emphasised the importance of soft skills — critical thinking, communication and teamwork — in the competitive job market. He also provided guidance on crafting resumes and developing a well-rounded personality to succeed in job recruitment processes.
