Ludhiana, March 12
A city-based blood donor, Rakesh Bhatia of NGO Waheguru Blood Sewa, will be honoured by the Blood Army of Sikkim along with the All India Helpline. Bhatia will be felicitated on April 24 at Indian Himalayan Centre for Adventure and Eco Tourism, Chemchey, Namchi, Sikkim, for donating blood for a long time now.
