CBSE Class XII results: Pupils make dist, parents proud

In the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class XII results declared yesterday, students of various schools in the district performed well. Teachers and staff congratulated them for making the district, schools and their parents proud.

Sacred Heart Convent School, Sarabha Nagar

Students of Sacred Heart Convent School, Sarabha Nagar, won accolades for achieving 100% result in all four streams. In the humanities stream, Gurveen Kaur scored 99.8% marks, Jasmine Kaur Mangat got 99.2% and Manya Jain scored 98.8%. In the commerce stream, Navya Jain scored 98.6%. In the medical stream, Akriti Arora excelled with 98.2% marks. Shaurya Gupta got 98% in the non-medical stream. A total of 71 students scored above 95% marks, according to the school authorities.

DAV Public School, BRS Nagar

In the medical stream, Aryaman Mahajan got 98.6% and Vanshaj Goel got 98.4%. In the non-medical stream, Rudar Pratap Singh got 98.6% and Mehul Kaushal scored 97.8%. Harshit Aggarwal got 98.6% in commerce while Deepali Dua scored 98.6% marks in humanities.

Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town

Gursimar Kaur got 98.4% in the commerce stream. In the medical stream, Surjeet Kaur got 95.8% while Dilpreet Kaur got 95% in the non-medical stream. In the humanities stream, Manveer Kaur got 93%.

Police DAV School, Police Lines, Civil Lines, Ludhiana

A total of 41 students scored 90% and above marks. In the commerce stream, Shobha Sahi scored 97.8%, Kritika Aggarwal and Sarthak Jain scored 97.4% each. In the humanities stream, Osheen Goyal scored 96.8% while Pankhuri Sharma got 94.4%. In the medical stream, Neelakshi Goyal scored 95.2% while Priya Basandrai got 93.2%. Pranjal scored 95.4%, Akanksha Kamal and Ramandeep Singh scored 95% each in the non-medical stream.

DAV School, Pakhowal Road

Yashika Malhotra got 98% in the non-medical stream. In the medical stream, Ameek Kaur got 97.4% and Shaurya Vohra got 97.6% in humanities. A total of 252 students passed, according to school authorities.

DPS, Khanna

Aashutosh Shahi topped the school with 95.8% marks in the commerce stream. Raminder Kaur Otaal got 95% in medical. Jasleen Gill scored got 93.2% in humanities. Jobanpreet Kaur Buall got 92.8% in non-medical. A total of 17 students scored over 90% marks, according to school authorities.

BVM Udham Singh Nagar

In the commerce stream, Astute Ankur Jain topped with 96.6% marks. Lalit Chauhan scored 95.6% in medical while Prabhat Nayyar scored 94% in the non-medical stream.

CM Basant City

In the medical stream, Harmanjot Kaur scored 95.2% marks. Anmollia Kaur got 93.2% in commerce and Khushi Aggarwal got 93% in the non-medical stream.

Green Land Convent School, New Subhash Nagar

In the commerce stream, Riya Tiwari scored 95% and Nitik Gupta scored 94.4% marks. Jashanpreet Kaur of the non-medical stream got 93.8 % marks.

Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Pakhowal Road

In the science stream, Shashwat Sharma 94.4 and Harjot Kaur scored 89%. Inderpreet Kaur scored 89.2% in commerce.

GMT Public School, Jalandhar bypass

In the commerce stream, Divyam got 96% followed by Nikita with 95.6%. In the non-medical stream Abhay Mishra scored 95.8%. In humanities, Bhavneet Kaur scored 94.2% while Harjotsana scored 93.4 %.

New GMT Senior Secondary Public School

Pratham Mittal and Kashish Chadha scored 95% and 94% marks, respectively. Sukhseerat Kaur scored 93% marks in commerce and Nandani Keshla got 88.2% in humanities.

Tagore Public School

In the medical stream, Janvi Hans scored 94.6% marks. In the commerce stream, Manmeet Kaur scored 92.4% marks. Chhavi Sharma scored 94.6% in humanities. In the non-medical stream, Khushmandeep Kaur scored 91.6%. Of the 92 students appeared, 40 got A1 grades and 59 got A2 grades, the school authorities said.

USPC Jain School, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana

Pratyush Kumar Jha made his mark in the humanities stream with 95.6%. In the commerce stream, Sahibjeet Singh topped with 97% marks followed by Nakul Garg 96.6%, Komal Sharma 96.2%, Jassika Dhru 93%, Simran Kaur 92.2%, Sejal 91%, Mayank Khanna 90.6% and Mohammad Atif 90.2%. Gurinderpal Kaur scored 93.6% marks in the humanities stream.

Guru Hargobind Public School, Sidhwan Khurd

Guru Hargobind Public School, Sidhwan Khurd, secured 100% result in the CBSE Class XII results. In the non-medical stream, Jasleen Kaur Khatkar scored 94.4%, Gurnoor Kaur got 94% and Manpreet Kaur scored 91.2%. In the medical stream, Mankirat Kaur Sekhon scored 94.2%, Gurmanjot Kaur secured 84% and Harnoorpreet Kaur obtained 83.6%. Ravinder Singh Malhi scored 93.6%, Harleen Kaur got 91.8% and Harmandeep Singh & Lovepreet Kaur obtained 86.4% in commerce. In the humanities stream, Yadwinder Kaur Bopaai got 93.8%, Navneet Kaur secured 89.8% and Prabhsimran Kaur obtained 88.6%.

Green Land Convent School, Chandigarh Road

In the humanities stream, Sameer Sabharwal & Jyoti Rajpurohit scored 96.4% while Amneet Kaur got 96.2% and Ananya Jain scored 95.6%. Sumandeep Kaur scored 96.2%, Himanshu got 95.4% and Kritika Jain got 94.8% in commerce. In the science stream Riya Kamboj, Ankit Pandit and Neha scored 96.2%, 93.6% & 93.4%, respectively. A total of 29 students scored over 90% in aggregate, according to the school authorities.

Drishti Dr RC Jain School

Priyadarshani scored 96.4% in the commerce stream. In humanities, Virti Jain got 95.2% and Kavya Jain scored 94.4% while Janvi Mehta got 94.2% in the science stream. As many as 34% students have scored more than 90% marks, according to school authorities.

DPS, Ludhiana

In the medical stream, Vineet Kaur got 98%. In non-medical, Vinamr got 97.4% marks. In commerce, Yashika Shah scored 98%, Akriti Aggarwal 97.6% and Kashish Jindal 96.4%. In the humanities stream, Harveer Kaur Sandhu got 96.6% followed by Akshad Bhakoo 93.2% and Jasneet Kaur 91.8%.
