City residents today woke up to a foggy morning for the second consecutive day. The day started with a thick fog engulfing the city and lowering visibility, due to which motorists had to switch on headlights. It became clearer as the day progressed, and the sun was seen during the day.

The maximum temperature recorded today was 17.7°C, while the minimum temperature was 8.6°C.

“Today it appeared as if the winter had made a comeback. There was fog in the morning, although it was not as dense as yesterday. The temperature also seems to have dipped slightly,” said Harish, a city resident.
