College holds event on importance of health amid pandemic

Ludhiana, September 12

Under the Fit India initiative of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the NSS unit of Doraha College of Education, Doraha, in collaboration with the Malwa Central College of Education for the Women Civil Lines, Ludhiana, is organising an online workshop from September 12 to 19. The theme of the workshop is “Reviving physical and mental health during pandemic: A challenge for all”.

Today, opening remarks were given by Dr Sandeep Sawhney, Principal of Doraha college of education, Doraha. The resource person for the first technical session was assistant professor Devinder Singh. He talked about body and muscles warm up in the session.

In the second session, Amit Ahuja from yoga life style clinic, Ludhiana, was the resource person.
