Ludhiana, October 19
To make candidates and their representatives aware about the extensive guidelines regarding the Model Code of Conduct, District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner (DC), Ludhiana, Pradeep Kumar Agrawal, today held a special meeting in the presence of observers.
The DC said to ensure that the election was held in a peaceful manner, more than 400 personnel of five commando battalions along with the CRPF would be deputed in Dakha Assembly constituency.
He informed that micro observers would be deputed at all polling stations, besides inside as well as outside videography would be carried out at polling stations. — TNS
