Devki Devi Jain Memorial College bags top positions in PU exams

Students of Devki Devi Jain Memorial College for Women brought laurels to the college by performing excellently in the certificate course in event management examinations, results of which were announced by Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Sonia Kumari bagged first position in the university by securing 78.50 per cent, followed by Geetanjali Joshi with 76 per cent. Priyanka Belbase secured fourth position with 73 per cent, followed by Tavneet Kaur and Sonia Chaurasia with 72.50 per cent. Harshpreet Kaur, and Simran and Muskan Mehta scored sixth and seventh position by securing 72 per cent and 71.50 per cent, respectively. Dipali Rana and Anjali bagged eighth position with 71 per cent.

In interior designing and decoration certificate course, Samriti Tayal bagged first position in the district and second in the university by securing 88 per cent. Ravleen got second position in the district and sixth in the university by securing 86 per cent while Prerna Kanojia bagged third position in the district by securing 79 per cent.

In the cosmetology certificate course, Tarleen bagged first position in the district and fifth in the university by securing 77.50 per cent, Chanchal secured second in the district and sixth in the university with 76.50 per cent.
