Ludhiana, April 8

With an aim to ensure that a person gets completely disinfected, ‘Aas-Ehsaas’, an NGO, has come up with an innovative idea under which a corona disinfection tunnel has been set-up at the District Administrative Complex (DAC) here.

The tunnel was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pradeep Kumar Agrawal on Wednesday. “An automatic sprinkler system having sodium hypochlorite mixture has been installed in this tunnel,” the DCadded

Gunjeet Ruchi Bawa, founder and president, Aas-Ehsaas, said, “Four such tunnels will be set-up in the district. When a person passed through the tunnel, 90% to 95% of his/her body is sanitised.”
