Ludhiana, August 7

The Ludhiana police have attached property worth Rs 38,80,000 of a drug smuggler, Gurvinder Singh, alias Soni, a resident of Mand Tihara village, Sidhwan Bet.

A case under the NDPS Act was registered by the PAU police on March 28 and 265 gm of heroin was seized from him.
