e-Pathshala has come to the rescue of all those students who are not able to bear the financial burden of costly books. Students studying under Punjab Technical University (PTU) can now avail themselves of benefit of downloading notes free of cost from e-Pathshala.

The PTU has come up with a new concept of e-Pathshala and students after enrolling themselves for this e-class can get e-notes and educational content just at the click of the mouse. The facility started just a couple of days back will prove to be of great help to the students who are not able to afford the financial burden of costly books.

Arvind Dhingra from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College said it was a unique concept initiated by PTU and has received good response from students. “Some students are not able to buy books and with the help of e-pathshala, their burden will be eased. They can get themselves enrolled for the e-Pathshala and download the notes for free. Now, students can avoid buying costly books after enrolling themselves with e-Pathshala,” he said.

Another teacher from the colleges affiliated to PTU said students could avail many facilities after enrolling themselves with the e-Pathshala. “Not only notes, they can also get database figures and research reports. Every regular and private student can avail the facility of getting themselves enrolled,” she said. Aryan Rajput, a student, said, “Now, I am relieved of the tension of buying costly books. I also work part-time to assist her. When I came to know about the e-pathshala I was more than elated,” he said.
