Ex-PAU student gets best PhD thesis award

LUDHIANA: Manjot Kaur, a former student of the department of extension education and communication management at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), was conferred the Best PhD Thesis Award 2018 by the Dr Ram Avatar Shiksha Samiti (DRASS).

Manjot Kaur, a former student of the department of extension education and communication management at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), was conferred the Best PhD Thesis Award 2018 by the Dr Ram Avatar Shiksha Samiti (DRASS).

Kanwaljit Kaur, professor at the department of extension education and communication management and Manjot Kaur’s guide, said Manjot had worked on assessing the impact of long duration vocational training courses, organised by Krishi Vigyan Kendras, on women in Punjab. —TNS
