Ludhiana, July 25
The Panjab University Regional Centre (PURC), Ludhiana, organised an informative online session titled “Holistic View of life: Health, Beauty, Happiness and much more”. Pooja Gandhi, R&D Manager and yoga expert was the keynote speaker at the event. The session commenced with a welcome by Prof Ravi Inder Singh, Director, PURC, followed by an introduction of the speaker by Meera Nagpal, assistant professor, PURC.
Gandhi talked about nine life practices, including yoga and pranayamas, for taking care of lifestyle disorders such as constipation, depression, PCOS/PCOD, thyroid, diabetes and addictions etc. Prof Arti Puri delivered a vote of thanks. — TNS
