Heritage games, marathon held

Sahnewal: Government Senior Secondary School, Bhaini Sahib, organised a marathon under mission “Tandarust Punjab”. Students, teachers and principal actively participated in the event.

Girl students and lady teachers covered a distance of 4 km whereas boys and male teachers covered a distance of 6 km. Students were told about games, including chhohan-chhuhayi, kotla chhapaki, pithoo, annah jhotta, bander keela, masour-ghorhi, khoonja rokna etc. OC
