Ludhiana, December 3
Hosts Ludhiana began their campaign on a high note with an easy 13-1 victory over Hoshiarpur on the opening day of the Kho-Kho competition for girls in the 64th Punjab Inter-District Schools Games here on Monday.
The event was being held at Government Senior Secondary School, Jawahar Nagar and Shaheed-e-Azam Sukhdev Government Senior Secondary School, Bharat Nagar Chowk branch.
Swaranjeet Kaur, District Education Officer, (Secondary) inaugurated the competition in which teams from all the districts were taking part.
Principal Radha Nanda, Principal Kamaljeet Kaur, Bikram bhanot, Assistant Education Officer, Ajit Pal Singh, Jasvir Kaur, Rachhpal Singh Kang, Nazar Singh, Malwinder Singh Sekhon, Sat Pal Singh, Jaspreet Singh Umaidpur, Ramandeep Kaur Alamgir, Ramanjeet Kaur Haans Kalan, Pushpinder Kaur Begowal, Kanwaljit Kaur Gudani Kalan, Gagandeep Kaur Rajgarh, Baljit Kaur, Sarbjeet kaur, Inderjeet kaur, Sukhwinder Singh and Harvinder Kaur were among others were also present.
