House of Veda hosted Manthan: The Vedic Way of Living, an exclusive Vedic conclave, aimed at promoting preventive healthcare, holistic living and conscious aging through time-tested lifestyle principles. The objective was to create deeper awareness around biological aging and the role of daily habits in influencing long-term vitality. The conclave brought together leading doctors, specialists, nutritionists and wellness professionals to engage on how inflammation, metabolic imbalance, gut dysfunction and lifestyle stress accelerate aging — and how these factors can be addressed through disciplined living. The keynote session was delivered by Dr Ameen, Functional Medicine Expert and Naturopath, who offered an in-depth exploration of biological age versus chronological age. According to a press note, Founder & Director, Bonn Group of Industries, Amrinder Singh, said: “The Vedas teach us that the human body and the soil share the same fundamental intelligence. The soil, when nurtured organically, produces nourishment that sustains life in its purest form. Similarly, the human body, when supported through natural and disciplined living, has the innate ability to heal, regenerate, and thrive.”
