The police have registered a case under Section 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149, IPC, against Vikas Mehta, President of Khanna Municipal Council, regarding an attack on Manish Khanna and the others at GTB Market on Sunday night.
Parmod Kumar, ASI, said they had registered a case against Vikas Mehta, Anil Kumar, Chirag and Sharry.
Telephonic arguments between two Congress leaders, Vikas Mehta and Ladi Mann, turned bloody when their groups allegedly clashed at GTB Market on the night of May 20. Three persons, including Ladi Mann and former president of Bar Association of Khanna Manish Khanna, were injured. — OC
