LUDHIANA: The two-day super league match played between Ludhiana and Chandigarh in the Punjab Inter-District Cricket Tournament at GRD Academy ground ended in a draw today.

The two-day super league match played between Ludhiana and Chandigarh in the Punjab Inter-District Cricket Tournament at GRD Academy ground ended in a draw today.

Yesterday, hosts Ludhiana, were all out for 255 runs in 92.4 overs. The match commenced at 1 pm due to dust storm and rain which lashed the city on Wednesday evening.

Chandigarh overhauled the Ludhiana’s first innings total and were 259 for 5 after 57.5 overs when it was called the day. On the basis of lead in the first innings, Chandigarh secured three points while Ludhiana got one point.
