Ludhiana MC extends date for e-auction of commercial properties

Ludhiana, September 18

The Municipal Corporation (MC) has extended the e-auction date to sell its commercial properties, including space for shop-cum-offices, shops and plots. The last date for registration for e-auction of these properties has been extended from September 15 to September 28.

Earlier, bids for e-auction were supposed to be placed on September 18 (Friday). Now, online financial bids for purchasing properties can be placed on October 1 from 9 am to 3 pm.

According to Municipal Commissioner Pardeep Kumar Sabharwal, the office of Superintendent Sale (Headquarters) at Zone D will remain open on October 2, 3 and 4 so that bidders successful in e-auction of properties could deposit amount.

The MC will conduct e-auction of five vacant plots for shop-cum-offices near Keys Hotel on Lodhi Club Road Ludhiana. The civic body is also going to sell a plot of 653 sq yards at Jamalpur Awana on Chandigarh Road and another plot of 268.44 square yards located at the backside of Kailash Cinema. Besides, the MC has to sell 17 shops of different sizes at Barring Market on Old GT Road.
