Ludhiana to host 4 inter-dist matches

The Punjab State Inter-District One Day Limited Overs Cricket Tournament would be held at different venues across the state from September 16 to October 7.

Teams from 20 districts have been divided into four groups according to the draws. Each group comprises of five teams. Ludhiana, along with Mohali, Fatehgarh Sahib, Moga and Ropar, is placed in group B.

Ludhiana would play all its four league matches here at the GRD Global Education Institute ground. The hosts would open their campaign with a match against Fatehgarh Sahib on September 16. In the second match, to be held on September 18, they would take on Mohali and the third match would be played on September 20 against Ropar, while the fourth and last tie would be against Moga on September 24.— OC
