Notice to store owner for digging footpath

The MC has issued a show-cause notice to a store owner on Malhar Road for allegedly damaging interlocking tiles on a recently constructed footpath and cycle track.

As per the notice, the store owner had got land dug up for making two deep pits for earthing wire system. The Executive Engineer concerned in the notice stated that if any incident takes place there, the store owner concerned would be held responsible for the same.

The store owner has been asked to submit his reply within three days of getting the notice, otherwise action would be initiated against him as per the law.
