PAU student brings laurels

LUDHIANA: Preetpal Singh, graduate in BSc agriculture, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has been selected for the prestigious Insect Cryobiology and Ecophysiology (ICE) Assistantship at the Department of Biological Sciences, North Dakota State University (NDSU), US.

Preetpal Singh, graduate in BSc agriculture, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), has been selected for the prestigious Insect Cryobiology and Ecophysiology (ICE) Assistantship at the Department of Biological Sciences, North Dakota State University (NDSU), US. 

Preetpal has taken admission in an MSc programme in biological sciences and will work as a graduate research assistant and graduate teaching assistant. He will participate in research and professional development activities of the ICE network which brings together experts from the land grant universities such as NDSU; University of Wyoming and New Mexico State University, US, and the scientists from the US Department of Agriculture. —TNS
