Give importance to good mental health

Mental health refers to cognitive, behavioural and emotional well-being. It mainly consists of how people feel, think and behave. Poor mental health can affect relationships and physical health of a person. A mentally fit person is more likely to enjoy the life. In the present times, mental health should be considered as equal to physical health. Stress, depression and anxiety can affect the mental health and also disrupt the routine life.

Provide affordable medical facilities, jobs

“Among causes of mental sickness in people during the pandemic, the first one is the fear that he/she may not get the infection. All states have withdrawn restrictions and people are being told to follow Covid rules. Many people have lost their jobs and they suffer from depression. The state must start recruitment programmes, create jobs and provide them to needy.
