Senior cops meet corona warrior

Ludhiana: After Sub-Inspector Arshpreet Kaur was discharged from the hospital on Friday, senior police officials, led by ADCP 1 Gurpreet Singh Sikand, met him at her home. "Although all my senior and junior colleagues were in touch with me over the phone when I was at the hospital, it gave me immense pleasure when all of them came to see me at my home," says Arshpreet. 39 challaned for violating curfew

Khanna: The police continued its campaign against curfew violators in Khanna and nearby areas. Khanna SSP Harpreet Singh said Khanna police under the leadership of DSP (City) Rajan Parminder Singh, the police has been taking preventive measures to nab violators. The police challaned 39 persons in Khanna Sadar, five in Khanna City 1 and seven in Khanna City 2 area. TNS

DLSA gives PPE kits to Civil Surgeon

Ludhiana: The District Legal Services Authority under the supervision of its chairman-cum-Sessions Judge Gurbir Singh today handed over 200 PPE kits to Civil Surgeon Dr Rajesh Bagga today. Later, Sessions Judge along with Additional Sessions Judge Trantaran Singh Bindra, ADJ Amarpaul, DLSA Secretary-cum-CJM Preeti Sukhija, CJM Prabhjot Singh Kaleka, Civil Judge Senior Division Vikrant Kumar also handed provided face shields developed by Sukhjot Singh to the officer of police post at the District Courts Complex.
