After killing his master, the servant took away his mobile phone and SUV (Duster), and got himself admitted to a private hospital, as he had also suffered injuries in the scuffle.
Before fleeing the spot, the suspect also locked the main shutter of the office.
The ACP said the murder took place in the morning but it came to light in the evening when the wife of the deceased reached his office to inquire about her husband. When she found the shutter locked, she called the police. The police broke the shutter and found the property dealer lying dead.
The police found Atwal’s car parked outside the hospital. They also nabbed the servant from there.
