Students pledge drug-free Punjab

KHANNA: Students of the Gobindgarh Public College, Alour, Khanna, observed International Youth Day on Monday.

Students of the Gobindgarh Public College, Alour, Khanna, observed International Youth Day on Monday. Principal Dr Neena Seth Pajni highlighted the importance of the day and said it is an opportunity for governments to draw attention towards issues concerning youngsters.

Students took pledge for drug-free Punjab, healthy Punjab, corruption and terrorism free India. Prof Sushma Miglani, Prof Narinder Pal and Prof Bharat Bhushan were also presents on the occasion. More than 50 students participated in the event. — OC
