Superintendent of PAU retires

LUDHIANA: Swaran Singh, superintendent at the office of Vice-Chancellor of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), was given a warm send-off upon his superannuation today.

Ludhiana, July 4

Swaran Singh, superintendent at the office of Vice-Chancellor of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), was given a warm send-off upon his superannuation today.

Baldev Singh Dhillon, Vice-Chancellor, lauded Swaran’s 41 years of dedicated service to the university and wished him a healthy post-retirement life. Swaran was also felicitated with a memento by Dhillon.

Swaran Singh began his career in the office of XEN C-2 on October 26, 1978. Thereafter, he served in the office of the Registrar, department of soil science and Vice-Chancellor. —TNS
