Ticket checking staff reunite lost teenager with family at Ludhiana station

In a heartwarming incident, the ticket checking staff of the Mumbai Central-Amritsar Paschim Express reunited a 14-year-old boy with his family at Ludhiana station. The boy was travelling alone in the air-conditioned coach and had run away from home after an argument with his family.

Chief Ticket Inspector (CTI) Manoj Chauhan discovered the boy and, after questioning him, contacted his father using the phone number provided. The boy was handed over to Railway Protection Force (RPF) at Phagwara to ensure his safety until his parents arrived.

The family was reunited at Ludhiana station, and the parents expressed their gratitude to the Indian Railways and the ticket checking staff. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Paramdeep Singh Saini announced that a certificate of appreciation would be awarded to CTI Manoj Chauhan for his commendable work.
