Two trainees of Ludhiana Basketball Academy (LBA) have been selected to represent the India Boys’ U-18 team in the South Asian Basketball Championship scheduled to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from July 10 to 13.

Giving the information, Teja Singh Dhaliwal, honorary general secretary, Punjab Basketball Association (PBA), said it was a proud moment that Sahibjit Singh Bhullar and Jaddu Mann, both trainees of the LBA, had been chosen for the prestigious tournament in which the best of young basketball talent from across the South Asian nations would compete.

“The outstanding dedication, skill and sportspersonship by the duo have earned them a place in the national team. Their selection is a testament to the quality of training and development provided by the LBA, known for producing top-tier basketball talent in this part of the country,” Dhaliwal added.
