Ludhiana, December 9

As many as 40 participants participated in the Bodybuilding and Fitness Competition for Mr Libra-2018 organised at Libra Health Club.

The competition was judged by international bodybuilding judges, including Dr Deepak Prashar, Ravi Kumar and Ram Prashar.

Vishal Mahendru won the championship whereas Ruzina came out triumphant in women’s fitness event.

Final results

Men: Vishal Mahendru (champion in bodybuilding); Baljinder Singh (best muscle man); Tarsem Bhardwaj (best built man); Atul Birla (Mr Physique); Sanjeev Jain (Mr Fitness); Gurkirpal Singh (Mr Classic Physique); Navdeep Jain and Mohd Irfan shared trophy for Mr Fresher.

Women’s fitness: 1st Ruzina, 2nd Roshni, 3rd Sukhleen, 4th Kirandeep.
