After a 46-year-old man from Moga offered to take part in clinical trials for developing a vaccine for the coronavirus, a 34-year-old man of Panniwala Fatta village here has also expressed his desire for the same.

In a video, which has gone viral on social media, Rajwinder Singh Panniwala, a panchayat secretary in the Rural Development Department, says he is ready to undergo clinical trials.

“I am offering myself for any kind of experiment on my body. I have made an appeal in this regard to the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister of our state. They can call me anywhere. If I or my body can come into any use in developing a vaccine for Covid, I will feel honour. My family has also agreed with me in this regard,” he says.
