KOTA (RAJ): Three motorcycle-borne men were killed after being hit by a speeding truck on the Kota-Jaipur National Highway in Bundi district, police said on Thursday.

Three motorcycle-borne men were killed after being hit by a speeding truck on the Kota-Jaipur National Highway in Bundi district, police said on Thursday.

The accident occurred when all the three men were returning home on Wednesday.

They were identified as Aakash Meghwal (17), Ravi Meghwal (17) and Giriraj Meghwal (25), Sub- Inspector at Talera police station Nand Lal said.

Aakash and Ravi, both class 10 students, were returning home after attending coaching classes. They had sought lift from Giriraj, the police said.

The bodies were handed over to their respective families after post-mortem on Thursday, the police said, adding a case was lodged against the truck driver who fled away from the spot. — PTI.
