3 organs of state must work in tandem: Rijiju

New Delhi, November 25

Maintaining that the sphere reserved for the legislature should not be transgressed, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju today said it was imperative for the harmonious relations between different organs of the state.

“As an MP and minister, I act as a bridge between the executive, the legislature and the judiciary,” he said at the national conference of law students on the eve of Constitution Day.

“We are the largest democracy. If we fail, it will be construed as a failure of democracy in the world,” he said. — TNS
