The ED has issued a provisional attachment order to seize assets worth Rs 6.88 crore held in the name of self-styled Colonel (Treasurer) of National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN)-IM Rayilung Nsarangbe, his wife Ruth Chawang and Apam Muivah in connection with terror financing case linked to the insurgent group. The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
