Chandigarh, December 14
The Indo-Tibetan Border Police found two improvised explosive devices planted by naxals meant for its units that were on their way to establish a free medical camp in Chhattisgarh’s Kondagaon, the forces said on Friday.
An ITBP spokesperson said they had found twin pressure cooker IEDs weighing 5kg each were near Churagaon in the district. Personnel of the 29th Battalion were way to a nearby village.
ITBP said the IEDs were found and safely destroyed.
