National Institute of Open Schooling cancelled its secondary and senior public exams that it had previously put off to July 17.
The institution has instead come with a different marking system, officials said.
Students will be assessed on the basis of their previous performance: those who passed four subjects will get an average of marks obtained in best of three, officials said, while those who passed two tests will get average of marks attained in best of two.
