‘Op Pawan’ veterans seek official commemoration

Thirty-five years after India and Sri Lanka signed a peace accord, a group of veterans and their families laid a wreath at the National War Memorial to pay tribute to the bravehearts who made the supreme sacrifice. The veterans now plan to meet Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, seeking an official commemoration for ‘Op Pawan’.
