Kolkata: Indian mountaineer Satyarup Siddhanta on Wednesday became the youngest man to climb the seven highest peaks and volcanic summits across all continents after conquering Antartica’s highest point Mount Sidley. Locos linked via satellites for train status
New Delhi: The Railways has linked its locomotives via ISRO satellites, making it easy to track trains and automatically feed the control charts about trains’ arrival and departure, officials said. The new system will help railways modernise its control room, network for more efficient train movement. The system was implemented on January 8 on the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Bandra Terminus, New Delhi-Patna, New Delhi-Amritsar and Delhi-Jammu routes. ians
Microsoft to set up 10 AI labs in India
Bengaluru: Microsoft India on Wednesday announced to set up Artificial Intelligence (AI) labs in 10 universities and train five lakh youth across the country in disrupting technologies.
