Courtesy the Department of Cultural Affairs and Tagore Theatre Society, Chandigarh audience will be treated to a diverse range of breathtaking performances in the eighth edition of International Puppet Festival. It is organised in collaboration with Ishara Puppet Theatre Trust which opens at Tagore Theatre on February 14.
The 4-day-event features performances by teams from Finland, Turkey, Belgium and Spain. They will display a dazzling array of talent from the traditional to modern forms of puppetry, ranging from rod to string puppets; to mixed performances with dance and theatre.—SD Sharma
