The New Mehak Cultural Forum in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, organised a mushiara at the Harpal Tiwana Auditorium today.

People from Malerkotla, Sangrur, Lehra and Chandigarh got an opportunity to listen to some good poets. Padam Shri Pran Sabharwal was the chief guest and Avtar Arora, a noted film personality, was guest of honour. Dharamveera Gandhi, MP, were among the dignitaries present. Parminder Shokh from Patiala started the proceedings with his recital of Urdu poetry.
