Under the leadership of Prof Vishal Goyal, the examination branch team presented a demo to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof Arvind, last evening for going one step forward in the digitalization process of the branch.

The VC congratulated the team for this initiative and said the digitalization of the examination branch is aimed at improving the functioning of the branch. He said Punjabi University would continue to work towards making its examination system student-centric and assured the gathering that there would be no threat to the job of any employee due to computerization, adding that adequate computer training would be provided to all the employees.

Prof Vishal Goyal said the networking work has been completed in both buildings of the examination branch. He added that a lot of work that was previously done on paper could now be done directly on the website.
