The Eco Club at the Bikram College of Commerce here celebrated the day under the guidance of the principal, Prof Kusum Lata. The event was conducted as per the guidelines issued by the Department of Higher Education and the Punjab Pollution Control Board under the theme “Montreal Protocol: Fixing the Ozone Layer and Reducing Climate Change’.
