The District Youth Congress held a protest and burnt the effigy of Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu, here today. Youth Congress president Sanjeev Sharma Kalu led the protest against the BJP leader and Union Minister Bittu for his recent statements against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

Speaking at the protest, Sanjeev strongly condemned Bittu’s remarks, stating that Bittu had forgotten the respect and positions that Rahul Gandhi gave him, including making him Punjab Youth Congress president and an MP three times. Sanjeev pointed out that Bittu’s recent actions demonstrated his arrogance after gaining power under the BJP. He questioned Bittu’s loyalty, as someone who had now started speaking against his own leadership.

Sanjeev further criticised the BJP, calling on them to clarify their stance on the remarks made by Bittu.
