Why govt wants to take over Dhirendra Brahamchari’s ashram in Gurugram

Ritu Garg, Administrative Secretary of the Law and Legislative Department of the Haryana Government, recently notified the Aparna Institution (Taking Over of Management and Control) Over of Management and Control) Act, 2025. The notification paved the way for formal taking over of a prime 24-acre property of the ashram by the Nayab Singh Saini Government. The ashram was founded by Dhirendra Brahamchari, controversial yoga guru of late PM Indira Gandhi.
