Prize distribution at APS Damana

Army Public School (APS) Damana organises prize distribution ceremony. Guest of Honour was Dr. Renu Gupta, former Principal APS Damana. Pushpinder Kaur, Principal APS Damana and Shallu Kapoor, Vice-Principal of the school was also present. Dr. Renu Gupta felicitated meritorious students with the prizes, medals and certificates

Army conducts tuition In Ramban

Army conducted classes for students of Lower Gund, Chareel, Halemaidan, Batu, Karalchihal, Ukhral, and Rajgarh Ramban district. More than 250 students were beneficiaries of the project. The project was conducted over a period of three months and has now culminated. The aim was to impart quality education to students of rural areas during the winter vacation who could not afford private tuitions or coaching due to poor economic background and lack of education facilities in the area.

Lecture on Coronavirus

To create awareness among students about Coronavirus, Principal of Government PG College, Rajouri, Prof. (Dr.) Shakeel Ahmed Raina organised a lecture on the issue. Prof. Mangat Ram Sharma, HoD, zoology deliberated upon the issue related to the virus. He acquainted students about threats posed by the virus, its mode of transmission, clinical symptoms and pathogenesity.

Inter-school contest

Jammu Sanskriti School organised an inter School competition ‘Jungle World’ in which eight city schools participated. Deepa Soni, artist and Snigdha Singh was also present.

Annual day at Supertech Kids Valley

Supertech Kids Valley, an international playway school, celebrated its 8th annual day with zeal and enthusiasm at Abhinav Theatre. Theme was “Colors of Life”. BJP state president Ravinder Raina was the chief guest on the occasion. Sat Sharma, former Minister, J&K, was the guest of honour . The event began with lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by the welcome address presented by the Principal Meenakshi Gupta. The tiny tots presented a mesmerizing bonanza of colorful cultural items that enthralled the audience. Vote of thanks was presented by Puneet Mahajan, chairman of the school.
