Abohar: Ram Chander, a farmer, has been booked in connection with the murder of his neighbour Chuni Lal in Dharampura village. The body of Chuni Lal (30) was fished out on Friday from a tube well. Kalu Ram, nephew of the deceased, alleged that Ram Chander and Chuni Lal had consumed liquor together in the fields. When the latter turned tipsy, Ram Chander pushed him into the well to settle an old grudge. OC
