Chandigarh: Bholath MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira on Saturday alleged that former CM ParBadal had started raising the issue of minorities only to reclaim his lost image among the Sikh masses and to pressure the BJP to keep the alliance intact. In a press release, Khaira said Badal had suddenly woken up to the issue of safety of minorities even as his party had voted in favour of abrogation of Article 370. He said the Sikhs had not forgotten the anti-Sikh acts of lapses in the probe into sacrilege incidents and killing of two Sikhs in Behbal Kalan police firing. tns
