Addressing mediapersons here, Garhi said the Commission had attempted to serve the notice twice but failed.

He said through his statement calling the minister a “band player”, Bajwa showed his feudal and anti-Dalit mindset.

He said state Congress president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring had also expressed his anti-Dalit mindset through his statements and the Commission was going to take action against him soon.

Garhi said if Bajwa had faith in the Indian Constitution, he should appear before the Commission on 11 February at 3 pm to submit his explanation.
